| Florida European carries 3 varieties of Baby Squash. They include: Baby Green Patty Pan, Baby Sunburst Squash, & Baby Green Zucchini.
Baby Green Patty Pan has a solid medium green color. This squash is shaped like a flying saucer with scalloped edges. Its size ranges from 11/4 and 13/4 inches in diameter.
Baby Sunburst Squash is a bright yellow version of the patty pan squash. Sunburst’s unique color make it the most popular baby squash. Size 11/4 to 11/2 inches in diameter.
Baby Green Zucchini is dark green in color the baby zucchini is also long and slender. These look very nice when placed next to the round baby squashes. Size 3 to 3.5 inches length.
